okcards.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by okcards.ph's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Your continued use of the okcards.ph Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by okcards.ph shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to a court of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines.
